Alessandra Exceptional Features

  1. Survey, Excavation, Grading ($1,600 excavation allowance):
    • Provide land survey and stake according to the recorded plat in the city and county hereof.
    • Excavate for basement and foundation.
    • Minimum footing depth is 36" below finish grade.
  2. Footing and Foundation:
    • Concrete mix - minimum compressed strength is approximately 3000 PSI.
    • Footing reinforcing - 2 bars, " steel continuous.
    • Foundation wall reinforcing - 3 bars, " horizontal.
    • Foundation waterproof - one coat of RC-70.
    • Drain tile installed on exterior of basement.
  3. Concrete Thickness:
